上島竜兵さん is Mr Ueshima Ryuhei, a Japanese comedian and actor, who was found dead at his home on May 11. It appeared that he had hung himself.

Mr Ueshima was a member of the comedian group ダチョウ倶楽部 (DACHOU Club, or Ostrich Club), and appeared in multiple movies and tv shows.
